Sunflower Seed Suction Stability Regulation and Seeding Performance Experiments

The poor adsorption stability of the current air-suction sunflower seed-metering devices under high-speed operation leads to unstable seed posture, as well increases in multiple and miss indices. In order improve adsorption, an device based on structure-assisted stable suction posture was designed, movement mechanism absorption process seed-feeding is analyzed, following which mathematical models processes are established, key factors affecting seeding performance were determined. Furthermore, shape parameter equation seeds fitted, depending dimensions parameters, provides design basis for components device. Moreover, optimize structure, taking depth, width, length grooves experimental factors, qualified, multiple, indices evaluation indices, orthogonal regression experiment considering three levels carried out using Box–Behnken design. Finally, established extreme value theory used parameters influencing obtain optimal combinations. combination follows: width groove, 10.5 mm; 3 length, 23 mm. Results from verification experiments revealed corresponding indicators, qualified index 91.63%, 5.63%, 2.74%, thus meeting requirements effective sowing.
